Did you know? Last year, PSL launched its student blog, a new “by students for students” sharing platform dedicated to supporting both French and international applicants in their academic planning and the university admission process. This blog offers authentic and immersive insight via PSL students' posts (advice, feedback, etc.).
If you enjoy writing and want to help future PSL applicants with questions about their application process, the writing contest "Once Upon a Time...PSL" is the perfect opportunity to have your say! Contribute to informing people who - like you - are having doubts or hesitating… or looking for answers before embarking on the PSL adventure.

Who can join?

All students enrolled on a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at ̳ or one of its component schools for the 2024/2025 academic year.
How?
→ Step 1: Choose from 3 categories of subjects
Each entrant can submit only one article, chosen from the three following categories:
- 24 hours on my course at PSL: Describe a typical day on your course, highlighting the diversity of your activities, memorable moments, and specifics of your course, in the form of an account structured over 24 hours.
- A "wow" experience at PSL: Share a memorable experience you had in the course of your academic journey at PSL (e.g., research internship, event you entered or organized, PSL week, etc.).
- From the world to PSL: Share your experience as an international student by addressing key aspects such as adapting to academic and cultural life, the challenges you faced, and the enriching discoveries you made. Include tips, practical advice—everything you wish you had known before arriving at PSL—to help those who are considering studying in France at ̳.

→ Step 2: Follow the instructions
- Language: Articles must be written in French or English, according to your preference.
- Length: Between 700 and 900 words.
- Format: The article must include a title, brief introduction (header), as well as a body of text structured into several paragraphs. It must be submitted in PDF, Word or Open Document format.
- Article writing guide: Read the information and advice provided in this document before writing your article.

Submission Deadline: 18 May 2025, at midnight (Paris time)
